After we determine the scope and desired outcomes of your project, we will work with you to develop a customized approach. We will draw from a wide range of facilitation methodologies tailored to your specific project. Here are a few of the top methodologies we’ve implemented over the last two decades.
Graphic Facilitation: This is our signature approach. Graphic facilitation is the use of large-scale imagery to lead groups and individuals toward a goal. This method is used in various settings, such as meetings, seminars, workshops and conferences. This visual process is conducted by a graphic facilitator.
Liberating Structures: Liberating Structures are more than 35 group facilitation exercises designed for a wide range of meetings, from small team sessions to large organizational or community engagement events. They can be applied individually or strung together to support more complex initiatives.
The World Café: A World Café or Knowledge Café is a structured conversational process for knowledge sharing in which groups of people discuss a topic at several tables, with individuals switching tables periodically and getting introduced to the previous discussion at their new table by a “table host.”
Person-Centered Planning: Person-Centered Planning is an ongoing problem-solving process used to help people plan for their futures. In person-centered planning, groups of people focus on an individual and that person’s vision of what they would like to do in the future. We have adapted the person-centered planning process as our primary coaching tool to help individuals and teams.
