Our methods work!
Listen to what our clients are saying…
My facilitation work stimulates your faith in your own creativity, yes, in one form or another all people are creative. Through helping you suspend judgment, asking penetrating questions.
Through coaching, people can see what’s possible and create new realities for themselves.
My signature approach is the use of graphic facilitation to capture your ideas on large sheets of paper or on my digital tablet in real time. The visual display of information is used to help you see the whole picture, make connections between disparate pieces of information and to develop a path forward.
A Note from Tim
Life experiences shape us profoundly. The connections we make-the intersections with people or situations in our childhood – often resurface throughout our lives in various forms. With age, I have come to see the intricate weaving of these stories, tied to places, people, and emotions. Embedded in every life experience is wisdom, insight, and energy. Often, these experiences cascade over us in solitary moments without us realizing their full meaning. My work seeks to symbolically understand and express these experiences through visual art. It draws inspiration from my listening and facilitation with diverse groups: individuals with disabilities, community leaders, tribal members, friends and family, athletes, and spiritual leaders. Through art, I aim to capture the essence of these shared stories and connections, creating a tapestry that reflects the profound and often unseen threads that unite us all. This integrative approach allows me to convey the richness of human experiences, fostering a deeper appreciation of life’s interconnectedness. My art is a reflection of my journey and an invitation for others to explore their narratives, discovering the wisdom within their experiences.
